PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericidal agent sustained release body capable of suppressing introduction cost or maintenance cost of a facility, and usable for a food product preserved by freezing or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a bactericidal agent sustained release body 1 stored in a packaging container 2 together with a food product 3.
