PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based cosmetic which can be stably mixed with a large amount of a fluorine-based oil and is excellent in durability of cosmetic effects in terms of feel of use, water resistance, oil resistance, and the like and in preventive effect of color migration to clothing, tableware, and the like.SOLUTION: The oil-based cosmetic contains component (A) a fluorine-based oil, component (B) a flaky powder of calcium sulfate dihydrate, and component (C) an oil. The mixing ratio of component (A) to component (B) (A)/(B) is 0.04-1.0 by mass. Preferably, the content of the fluorine-based oil is 2-25 mass%. Preferably, the flaky powder of calcium sulfate dihydrate has a 30-100 &mum long major axis, a 20-50 &mum long minor axis, and a thickness of 1-3 &mum.
