The invention relates to a product that contains at least lycopene and oleic acid together with antioxidants of natural origin, such as β-carotenes, retinol, phytosterols, tyrosol and fatty acids, which is administered orally and which is specially indicated in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and in pathologies mediated by an anomalous activation of factor NF-&kappavB, such as chronic inflammatory diseases and certain types of cancer, including colon cancer and prostate cancer.
