The fine protrusion structure of the present invention in which the biodegradable microstructure is completely embedded into the skin, and the fine protrusion structure can be quickly separated from the fine protrusion by quickly dissolving the microstructure due to elasticity and moisture in the skin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 경피전달용 미세돌기 구조체에 관한 것으로서, (a) 제1피부침투 부위로서 미세돌기(micro-protrudent) 및 (b) 상기 미세돌기의 선단부에 형성된 제2피부침투 부위로서 마이크로구조체를 포함하는 미세돌기 구조체(protruding microstructure)에 관한 것이다. 기존 점착성 패치형 생분해성 마이크로니들 제품의 경우 마이크로니들이 피부 내에 100% 침투되지 않기 때문에, 모두 용해되기 위해서는 오랜 시간 (30분-3시간) 부착하고 있어야 하는 단점이 있다. 본 발명의 돌출형 미세돌기 구조체는 생분해성 마이크로구조체를 피부에 완전히 임베딩시키며, 피부의 탄성과 피부 내의 수분에 의해 마이크로구조체는 빠르게 용해되어 미세돌기 부분과 빠르게 분리될 수 있다.
