The present invention relates to an apparatus for precisely controlling the opening and closing of greenhouses. The apparatus precisely controls the opening and closing amount of a window, or a vinyl or lagging cover by having a main controller which controls operations of a motor by sensing the number of revolutions and angles of an output axis of the motor. Also, the apparatus controls the opening and closing amount of a window, or a vinyl or lagging cover in a more stable by additionally having a mechanical controller which can secondarily control the opening and closing amount with an auxiliary controller when the main controller is damaged by a stroke of lightning or overload.본 발명은 모터의 출력축의 회전수 및 각도를 감지하여 모터의 구동을 제어할 수 있는 메인제어기를 설치하여 창이나 비닐 또는 보온덮개의 개폐량을 정밀하게 제어하고, 보조제어기를 구비하여 메인제어기가 낙뢰 또는 과부하 등에 의해 손상되었을 때 2차로 개폐량을 제어할 수 있는 기계식제어기가 추가되어 보다 안정적으로 창이나 비닐 또는 보온덮개의 개폐량을 제어할 수 있게 한 하우스 정밀제어 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
