1. A composition enriched with magnesium, containing:! (1) at least one source of magnesium； ! (2) at least one source of potassium and! (3) at least one source of citrate； ! where said composition has a bulk density of 0.35-0.75 g / cm3 and contains from about 8% to about 15% (w / w) magnesium, and from about 7.5% to about 16% (w / wt.) potassium, and from 75% to 80% citrate on a dry weight basis. ! 2. The composition according to claim 1, containing from 9% to 13% (wt./wt.) Magnesium and from about 8% to 12% (wt./wt.) Potassium on a dry mass having a bulk density of from 0.55 up to 0.65 g / cm3. ! 3.
