A dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material and a manufacturing method thereof and a bioprosthetic implant thereof are disclosed. The method comprises: 1) washing the cross-linked animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material； 2) dewatering the washed tissue material by immersing it in a non-aqueous alcohol solution； 3) continuously dewatering the tissue material dehydrated with the non-aqueous alcohol solution by continuously immersing the tissue material in saccharide solutions having different concentration gradients； 4) recovering and drying the stepwise dehydrated tissue material； And 5) hermetically packaging and sterilizing the dried tissue material. The manufacturing method can reduce the cost by using a simple yet easily available low-cost material. It can also reduce toxicity by aldehyde crosslinker residues. The prepared biological tissue material is flexible and strong, has a low tendency to bend or twist, is easy to control the moisture content, and has excellent bio-compatibility due to the absence of polyhydric alcohol residues.건조 동물-유래 콜라겐 섬유 조직 재료 및 제조방법 및 이의 생체 인공삽입물이 개시된다. 상기 제조방법은 1) 가교제 처리된 동물-유래 콜라겐 섬유 조직 재료를 세척하는 단계； 2) 상기 세척된 조직 재료를 비수성 알코올 용액에 침지시켜 탈수하는 단계； 3) 상기 비수성 알코올 용액으로 탈수된 상기 조직 재료를 농도 구배가 상이한 당 용액(saccharide solutions)에 연속적으로 침지시켜 단계적으로 탈수하는 단계； 4) 상기 단계적으로 탈수된 조직 재료를 회수 및 건조하는 단계； 및 5) 상기 건조된 조직 재료를 밀폐 포장 및 멸균하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 제조방법은 간단하면서도 용이하게 입수 가능한 저비용 재료를 사용하여 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다. 또한, 이는 알데히드 가교제 잔류물에 의한 독성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 제조된 생물학적 조직 재료는 유연하고 강하며, 구부러지거나 뒤틀리는 경향이 적고, 수분 함량의 제어가 용이하면서도 다가 알코올 잔류물이 없어 생체적합성이 우수하다.
