PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration treatment temperature control system whose safety has been improved.SOLUTION: A refrigeration treatment control system includes: an image diagnosis part 1 for capturing an image of an inside of a patient a position detection part 9 for detecting the position of an operation tool or a surgical instrument a refrigeration treatment part 40 for performing treatment for a medical treatment portion through the operation tool 36 inserted into the medical treatment portion of the patient a control part 23 for controlling the image diagnosis part 1, the position detection part 9 and the refrigeration treatment part 40 and a personal computer 19.
