The present invention provides a drilling and threading apparatus for bone, which is used for drilling and threading on bones. The present invention comprises a holder, a drilling needle, a shrink ring rod and a suture feeding rod. In which, the holder and the drilling needle are used to form a first threading hole and a second threading hole in the bone. The first threading hole and the second threading hole are intersected to form an intersection region. The shrink ring rod has a retractable shrink ring and is inserted into the first hole allowing the shrink ring being located at the intersection region in an opened state. The suture feeding rod may push a suture into the second threading hole and make the suture penetrating the retractable shrink ring. When the retractable shrink ring is tightened, the suture will be clamped, so that the suture may be pulled out together while the shrink ring rod is withdrawn from the first threading hole to complete the drilling and threading for the bone.
