The present invention relates to a biocompatible multi-layer filter for removing leukocytes and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a biocompatible multi-layer filter for removing leukocytes which comprises a microporous fiber layer, a nanofiber layer, and a coating layer containing in vivo-derived materials or derivatives thereof so as to have excellent leukocyte removal rate and red blood cell recovery rate, and to a method for manufacturing the filter. The biocompatible multi-layer filter for removing leukocytes manufactured by the present invention shows higher leukocyte removal rate and red blood cell recovery rate compared to existing filters for removing leukocytes, and also have excellent biocompatibility, thereby being useful as a blood filter.본 발명은 생체적합성 다층 구조의 백혈구 제거용 필터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 미세 다공성 섬유층, 나노섬유층 및 생체유래 물질 또는 그 유도체를 함유하는 코팅층을 포함하는 생체적합성 다층 구조의 백혈구 제거용 필터를 사용하여 혈액 내 백혈구 제거율과 적혈구 회수율이 모두 우수한 생체적합성 다층 구조의 백혈구 제거용 필터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따라 제조된 생체적합성 다층 구조의 백혈구 제거용 필터는 종래 백혈구 제거용 필터에 비하여 혈액 내 백혈구 제거율과 적혈구 회수율이 모두 높을 뿐만 아니라, 생체적합성이 우수하여 혈액 필터로서 유용하다.
