PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to automatically sprinkle water without a power supply since electricity from a battery or a power source is needed for the time setting of a timer and the operation of opening/closing an electromagnetic valve when automatically sprinkling water on a planter.SOLUTION: In order to make it possible to automatically sprinkle water without a power supply, a water level at the bottom of a planter is measured, and the weight of a floating ball and the spring force of a movable valve are used.
