Disclosed are an electrode structure and an electrode for an electrostimulator that have an enhanced prevention of disengagement due to external force while having a more even electrode density when powered on. The electrode is provided with: a conductive member (3) that has a thin plate shape, one primary surface of which forms a conductive surface to which an adhesive sheet is applied having an adhesive conductive surface having a water-containing gel as a substrate, and the other primary surface of which forms an insulating surface that opposes an affected area and a connection terminal (2) that has a tapered shape protruding from the side of the aforementioned conductive surface and that is for penetrating the aforementioned adhesive sheet and connecting to an electrical cord of the electrostimulator. The conductive member (3) has a shape that does not exceed the extent of the contour of the aforementioned adhesive sheet from the portion to which the connection terminal (2) has been provided.
