The present invention provides a device for collecting body fluid and a method of collecting body fluid using the same. The device for collecting body fluid includes: a centrifuging tube； a funnel installed to an inner upper end of the centrifuging tube； a filter paper installed inside the funnel to absorb body fluid； and a centrifugal separator for rotating the centrifuging tube in which the funnel provided with the filter paper is installed, wherein the funnel has a circular cone shape where the diameter of an upper end is narrower than that of a lower end, and a diameter of an upper end of the funnel is equal to or larger than that of the centrifuging tube, such that the funnel is fixed to an inside of the centrifuging tube when being installed in the centrifuging tube. As described above, according to the device for collecting body fluid and the method of collecting body fluid using the same of the present invention, the body fluid which is not diluted by the filter paper may be effectively separated by using centrifugal force.본 발명에 따르면, 원심분리용 튜브； 상기 원심분리용 튜브의 상단 내부에 설치되는 깔대기； 상기 깔대기의 내부에 안착되며, 분비액을 흡수한 거름종이； 및 상기 거름종이가 안착된 상기 깔대기가 설치된 상기 원심분리용 튜브를 회전시키는 원심분리기를 포함하되, 상기 깔대기는 상단부의 직경은 넓고 하단부의 직경은 좁은 원뿔모양을 가지며, 상기 깔대기의 상단부 직경은 상기 원심분리기용 튜브의 직경과 동일하거나 크게 형성됨으로써 상기 깔대기가 원심분리용 튜브에 내부에 설치 시 내부 상단부에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분비액 채집 장치 및 이를 이용한 분비액 채집 방법이 제공된다.상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 분비액 채집 장치 및 이를 이용한 분비액 채집 방법에 따르면, 원심분리기의 원심력을 이용하여 거름종이에서 희석되지 않은 분비액을 효율적으로 분리할 수 있다.
