PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar for an absorptive article which is hard to be attached with crushing peculiarity, and is excellent in a restoration nature and a shape maintenance nature, and to provide a manufacturing technology thereof.SOLUTION: While supplying a continuation bar-like compression restoration nature core material 22 to be conveyed along a longitudinal direction, and to be passed along a center of a head cut cone tube-like guide body 100 whose diameter reduces to the bar diameter as going to a line downstream side a continuation strap-like circumference sheet 21 is supplied along an outer peripheral surface of the guide body 100, a continuation bar 20 is formed by spirally twisting the circumference sheet 21 around an outer peripheral surface of the core material 22 which has escaped out from the guide body 100, is supplied to a body manufacturing line of the absorptive article, is cut at a predetermined cutting schedule part 20x, then is fixed to a top sheet 30, and then is cut to be each diaper.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】潰れ癖がつき難く復元性及び形状維持性に優れる吸収性物品用棒状体及びその製造技術を提供する。【解決手段】上記課題は、連続棒状の圧縮復元性芯材22を供給して長手方向に沿って搬送しつつ、ライン下流側に向かうにつれて棒状体直径まで直径が減少する裁頭円錐筒状のガイド体100の中心に沿って通す一方で、このガイド体100の外周面に沿って連続帯状の外周シート21を供給し、ガイド体100を抜け出た芯材22の外周面に外周シート21を螺旋状に巻き付けることにより連続棒状体20を形成し、吸収性物品の本体製造ラインに供給され、所定の切断予定個所20xで切断された後にトップシート30に固定し、しかる後に個々のおむつに切断する、製造方法により解決される。【選択図】図1
