CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting device of fishing net having buoyancy comprises a supporting frame(40), a cover(50), a buoyant member, and a hollow(54). The supporting frame is installed along the circumference of the entrance of a net body and is formed of an opening thereinside. The cover opens and closes the opening while revolving to the top and bottom. The buoyant member offers buoyancy to the net body.
