A system for applying reduced pressure to a subcutaneous tissue site on a patient, comprising: a reduced pressure source configured to supply reduced pressure, a line configured to be inserted into a patient and placed on a subcutaneous tissue site, and comprising: at least one cleaning lumen made in the line with the possibility of delivery of the cleaning fluid to the distal part of the line, at least one gap made in the distal part of the line, and at least one lumen a reduced pressure made in the line and flowing in communication with the specified at least one slit, wherein said at least one lumen of reduced pressure is configured to deliver reduced pressure supplied from the source of reduced pressure to the area of the subcutaneous tissue through the specified at least one gap, and a delivery tube flowing in communication with the line and delivering reduced pressure to said at least one lumen of reduced pressure and cleaning the fluid to said at least one cleaning lumen. 2.
