Disposable saliva ejector utilizes a single planar, double leaf shaped plate design, embossed on inner leaf faces with a series of arced ribs, folded about its midpoint. A tab and slot arrangement joins the plates about the center. The distal tips are held together by raised pad dovetail arrangements at the distal tips of each plate. Distal and proximal tips are held in operational contact by the suction forces through the device. The ribs form perimeter channels. A trough that runs along the linear axis of both the plates directs sucked fluid and debris through the channels into a suction tube. Mouth placement is along cheek interior, clearing oral cavity viewing obstructions. A discharge tube wraps around the oral commissure, hooking onto the outer cheek. Once the device is properly placed within the patient's mouth the dental assistant is relieved from providing suction during various procedures.
