The present invention provides a system for displaying analysis of mood. The system includes a calculating module, a receiving module, a generating module, a determining module, and a prompting module. The calculating module transfers a R-R interval of an electrocardiograph to a low frequency (LF) and a high frequency (HF). The receiving module receives an age and a gender of a user and searches for a standard LF and a standard HF corresponding to the age and the gender. The generating module generates a coordinate system. An origin point of he coordinate system is a point corresponding to the standard LF and the standard HF. The determining module determines a location of the LF and the HF of the user on the coordinate system.
