Disclosed is a thermally stable composition having antiviral and antibacterial activity, which is a lyophilizate with human recombinant interferon gamma activity of 500,000 to 2,000,000 IU/g and lysostaphin activity of 50 to 200 units/g, which is obtained from a solution with pH 5–7 and contains in 1 g of composition: human recombinant interferon gamma 0.03–0.12 mg； lysostaphin 0.17–0.68 mg； methoxy-polyethylene glycol 30–150 mg； sodium alginate 10–25 mg； disubstituted dihydrogen phosphate in amount of 120–250 mg； citric acid 35–110 mg； dextran is balance.
