Specifically after a shaping sheet formation step when carrying out an application step for applying the hydrophobic skincare agent (17) to the convex portions (11) of the shaping sheet (5) the application step involves coating the skincare agent (17) from a first surface (5a) of the shaping sheet (5) while stretching the shaping sheet (5) in the conveyance direction (MD) such that the width thereof becomes smaller than the width of a continuous sheet (2).
