The present invention relates to an assist device for pet grooming by seating a pet (D). The device comprises: a rectangular frame (10) having leg parts (11) to maintain the regular height from the ground and to be rotatable a seating unit (20) installed on the frame (10), having a seating hole (21) penetrating and accommodating the feet of the pet (D) and covering and supporting the pet (D) through an elastic force and a fixing means (30) fixing the leg parts (11) on the frame (10) to keep a regular angle. Accordingly, all legs of the pet are accommodated to restrict movements so safe grooming is possible.
