The present invention relates to a walking aid, and more specifically, to a walking aid which opens the front thereof to enable patients to easily get on or off so that the patients can exercise by walking without the help of a guardian. The walking aid of the present invention is composed by comprising: an upper frame forming an inlet part by opening the front thereof in a C-shape and has a seat on the inner periphery； a lower frame forming an inlet part by opening the front thereof in a C-shape and has a plurality of wheels on the bottom； a height adjustable frame installed between the upper frame and the lower frame； and a pair of movable frames.본 발명은 보행보조기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단순한 구성으로 전면이 개방되도록 하여 거동이 불편한 환자가 보호자의 도움을 받지 않고 걷기 운동을 할 수 있도록 쉽게 타거나 내릴 수 있는 보행보조기에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 보행보조기에 있어서, C자 형상으로 전면이 개방되어 입구부가 형성되고, 내측 둘레에 시트가 구비되는 상부프레임과； C자 형상으로 전면이 개방되어 입구부가 형성되고, 하부에 다수개의 바퀴가 구비되는 하부프레임과； 상기 상부프레임과 하부프레임 사이에 연결 설치되는 높이조절프레임 및 한 쌍의 이동프레임을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
