The present invention relates to an integral implant where a fixture and an abutment are formed in one body so that a bone insertion part, a tooth body coupling part, and a prosthesis coupling part are integrated with each other. More particularly, the present invention relates to an integral implant capable of extending a length of the prosthesis coupling part.The integral implant according to the present invention includes a bone insertion part formed therein with a thread, a tooth body coupling part, a prosthesis coupling part, and a prosthesis extending part. The prosthesis extending part is detachably coupled with the prosthesis coupling part in order to extend the length of the prosthesis coupling part. Since the material of the bone body coupling part is ceramic, the bone insertion part is formed of a titanium material and has a coupling form. Further, it is preferable that the prosthesis extending part includes a body and a bolt in the implant. The body is disposed at a top portion of the prosthesis coupling part in order to extend the length of the prosthesis coupling part. The bolt is inserted into the body and is screwed to the prosthesis coupling part so that the body may be coupled with the prosthesis coupling part. According to the present invention, the length of the prosthesis coupling part may be extended by providing the integral implant including the prosthesis extending part. In such a case, the length of the prosthesis coupling part may be variously extended by variously preparing the size of the prosthesis extending part.
