PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ai composition or Ai tea capable of being taken deliciously and more effectively and a manufacturing method of them.SOLUTION: An Ai composition contains a dried article of leaf and stem of Ai (Persicaria tinctoria) or a dried roasted article of leaf and stem of Ai. By containing flower in addition to leaf and stem, raw smell is suppressed and it can be eaten and drunk deliciously. Flower contains larger amount of catechin than leaf, the catechin is easily consumed by containing the flower.
