PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow acid water containing hypochlorous acid to be efficiently sprayed into the inside of a container.SOLUTION: The housing container is configured to house fruits and vegetables, and comprises a housing in which a flow-in port which acid water mist containing hypochlorous acid flows into and a flow-out port which the acid water mist flows out are formed and which houses fruits and vegetables, and a passage, connected to the flow-in port and the flow-out port, in which is formed an opening part leading to the inside of the housing.
