According to an embodiment of the present invention, a customized jaw joint occlusion balancing device comprises a bottom unit, an outer guide, an inner guide, a tooth fixed hole, and a tooth fixed unit. Upper and lower teeth are mounted in the bottom unit. The outer guide is formed along an outer boundary of the bottom unit, and supports outsides of the lower teeth. The inner guide is formed along an inner boundary of the bottom unit, and supports insides of the upper and lower teeth. The tooth fixed hole is formed in a lower part of the bottom unit in which the lower teeth of a tooth posterior unit are mounted, and forms a constant space. The tooth fixed unit is made of a thermoplastic material and is inserted into the constant space of the tooth fixed hole. The present invention can calibrate maloccluded tooth to a normal position, can respond to tooth change which is frequently changed, and can make a user feel comfortable.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맞춤형 턱관절교합 균형장치는 치아의 윗니 및 아랫니가 안착되는 받침부, 상기 받침부의 외측 테두리를 따라 형성되어 상기 치아 아랫니의 외측을 지지하는 외측 가드, 상기 받침부의 내측 테두리를 따라 형성되어 상기 치아 윗니 및 아랫니의 내측을 지지하는 내측 가드, 상기 치아 구치부의 아랫니가 안착되는 상기 받침부의 하부에 형성되고, 일정 공간이 형성되는 치아고정홀, 및 열가소성 소재로 형성되어 상기 치아고정홀의 일정 공간에 삽입되는 치아고정부를 포함하고, 부정 교합된 치아를 정상 위치로 교정할 수 있고, 수시로 변경되는 치아의 변형에도 대응할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 착용감을 훨씬 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
