PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated liquid type dentures cleaning liquid composition exhibiting both excellent removing force and bactericidal activity to a denture biofilm, and in addition, when the liquid composition is diluted and has a denture immersed therein, it is excellent in antiseptic activity of the liquid immersion liquid, and has excellent store stability.SOLUTION: The concentrated dentures cleaning liquid composition contains (A) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether in which an average addition mole number of the ethylene oxide is 10-20, and a number of carbon atoms of the alkyl group is 12-20, (B) protease, (C) a cationic bactericidal agent, and (D) water, with the mass ratio of (A)/(C) of 2-10.
