PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ankle stretch device that enables a caregiver or a user himself to perform the stretch of an ankle and the joint motion range training at low cost without depending on physical therapists or the like.SOLUTION: An ankle stretch device has a lower thigh holder, a drive unit, a transmission unit, a foot holder and a control unit. A lower thigh part and a foot part of a user are held by the lower thigh holder and the foot holder, respectively. The foot holder is made to turn by the drive unit through the transmission unit, so that an ankle part of the user is made to turn alternately in the dorsiflexion direction and the plantar flexion direction, and the stretching exercise is made to perform. The control unit detects reaction force when the foot holder turns by using a torque sensor and a timer to detect a load applied to the users ankle part and the muscle in the vicinity, and the turning direction of the drive unit, the turning speed and the drive time can be controlled according to it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 足首のストレッチ及び関節可動域訓練を理学療法士等によらずに、低コストで、介助者乃至使用者本人ができるようにする。【解決手段】 下腿部保持体と駆動部と伝動部と足部保持体と制御部とを有し、前記下腿部保持体と前記足部保持体により、使用者の下腿部と足部とをそれぞれ保持し、前記伝動部を介して、前記駆動部により前記足部保持体を回動させることにより、前記使用者の足首部を背屈方向及び底屈方向に交互に回動させると共にストレッチ運動を行わせ、前記制御部はトルクセンサとタイマとを用いて、前記足部保持体が回動する際の反力を検出する事により、前記使用者の足首部並びに近傍の筋肉にかかる負荷を検出し、それに応じて、前記駆動部の回動方向と回動速度並びに駆動時間等を制御できるようにした。【選択図】図3
