The invention relates to a cosmetic composition for the temporary shaping of keratin-containing fibers, including (a) at least one emulsifier (a) from the group of the ethoxylated unsaturated C16-C18 fatty alcohols with an average degree of ethoxylation between 4 and 6 (b) at least one emulsifier (b) from the group of ethoxylated saturated C16-C18 fatty alcohols with an average degree of ethoxylation between 12 and 30, characterized in that the weight ratio of emulsifier (a) to emulsifier (b) ranges from 2:1 to 1:5, preferably from 1:1 to 1:2, and particularly suitable for the temporary shaping of keratin-containing fibers, particularly human hair.
