The device (1) has a storage tank (2) for liquid (3) i.e. dinitrogen, under pressure, and a cryotherapy chamber (5) that is connected to a cryotherapy evaporation tank (4) with the liquid. An intermediate reservoir (6) is connected to the storage tank and to the evaporation tank with the liquid. The intermediate reservoir is maintained at pressure that is lower than 2 bars i.e. preferably equal to 0.5 bar, and the cryotherapy chamber comprises an opening.L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de cryothérapie gazeuse comprenant au moins un réservoir de stockage (2) d'un liquide (3) sous pression et au moins une chambre de cryothérapie (5) dans laquelle au moins un patient peut être traité, ladite chambre (5) de cryothérapie étant reliée à un réservoir d'évaporation (4) dudit liquide (3) en gaz.
