PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce droplets remaining on a ceiling and residual water in a washing tank caused thereby when finishing water discharge without elongating a total time of a rinsing step in a case of washing the ceiling of a top cover.SOLUTION: A washing tank of a washing and sterilizing apparatus has an upper opening part covered with a top cover. The washing tank includes a ceiling washing nozzle for jetting liquid towards a ceiling, as an inner face of the top cover. In a rinsing step, water in the washing tank is circulated by a circulation pump 76. A valve 92 is disposed at a supply passage for connecting the circulation pump 76 to the ceiling washing nozzle, and when the circulation is started, the valve 92 is opened and the water is jetted out from the ceiling washing nozzle. The valve 92 is closed when a jetting time T1 elapses from the start of the circulation to stop the jetting of the ceiling washing nozzle. When the circulation is finished, the water is discharged. A long period of time during which the water falls from the ceiling by dead weight is secured without elongating the time for draining.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】トップカバーの天井洗浄を行う場合において、すすぎ工程の総時間を延ばすことなく、排水終了時点における、天井に残存する水滴とそれに起因する洗浄槽の残水を減らす。【解決手段】洗浄消毒装置の洗浄槽は、上部開口部がトップカバーで覆われる。洗浄槽内にはトップカバーの内面である天井に向けて液体を噴射する天井洗浄ノズルが設けられている。すすぎ工程では、循環ポンプ76によって洗浄槽内の水を循環させる。循環ポンプ76と天井洗浄ノズルをつなぐ供給経路にはバルブ92が配置されており、循環開始時にバルブ92が開かれて天井洗浄ノズルから水が噴射される。バルブ92は、循環開始から噴射時間T1が経過したところで閉じられて天井洗浄ノズルの噴射が停止する。循環が終了すると、排水が行われる。排水の時間を長くすることなく、天井から水が自重によって落下する時間が長く確保される。【選択図】図4
