The present invention relates to a joint bumper device. More particularly, the joint bumper device comprises: a shoe part a load distribution pad part formed to receive a calf of a user a plurality of piston parts connected to the upper part of the shoe part, and moving in the upward and downward directions and a damper part connected between the piston part and the load distribution pad part. The damper part has a ring shape to be joined along the circumference of the load distribution pad part.
