The present invention relates to a fomentation device having a near-infrared ray LED. The fermentation device: can be easily carried； can be worn on various portions of a human body in an easy and convenient manner； includes the near-infrared ray light emitting diodes (LEDs) and visible light LEDs which are grouped in the shape of a circle or a polygon, are placed to be close to each other, and are modulated in a unit； maximizes the amount of heat and near-infrared ray emission of the LEDs per unit area (1 cm^2)； and, at the same time, can maximize a fomentation effect by effectively transmitting near-infrared rays to a human body. The fomentation device includes: an upper cover having a contact surface coming in direct contact with a human body； a lower cover which is joined with the upper cover and forms an accommodation space therein； a plurality of LED unit modules which are installed in the accommodation space and include a plurality of the near-infrared ray LEDs which are placed to be close to each other, are modulated in a unit, and emit near-infrared rays； a plurality of visible light LED unit modules which are installed in the accommodation space and include a plurality of the visible light LEDs which are placed to be close to each other, are modulated in a unit, and provide heat； a fomentation pad unit including a wiring, which connects the near-infrared ray LED unit modules and the visible light LED unit modules to each other； and a band unit which fixates the fomentation pad unit on various portions of the human body with constant elasticity.본 발명은 휴대가 용이하고, 인체의 다양한 부위에 간편하게 착용이 용이하면서, 근적외선 LED(Light Emitting Diode)와 가시광선 LED(Light Emitting Diode)를 각각 원형 또는 다각형으로 그룹화되도록 다수개를 서로 근접배치하여 단위유닛으로 모듈화하고, 이를 통해 단위면적(1cm2)당 LED의 온열과 근적외선 방출량을 극대화시키는 동시에 근적외선을 효과적으로 인체에 전달하여 찜질효과를 극대화할 수 있는 근적외선 엘이디를 구비한 찜질기에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은 인체에 직접 접촉되는 접촉면을 구비한 상부커버와, 상기 상부커버와 결합되어 내부에 수용공간을 형성하는 하부커버와, 상기 수용공간 내부에 설치되되 다수의 근적외선 LED(Light Emitting Diode)가 서로 근접배치되어 단위유닛으로 모듈
