PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency notification system and an emergency notification method capable of promptly determining whether a life-saving measure is needed and properly notifying surrounding people of what is needed.SOLUTION: An emergency notification terminal 1 determines whether use of a life-saving auxiliary device is needed when detecting a user Vs fall and his/her pulse. The emergency notification terminal 1, which has its main body 10 attachable to a part of the user Vs body, can detect the users fall and pulse promptly and determine whether use of a life-saving auxiliary device is needed immediately.
