The portable terminal 1 also determines whether or not the acceleration in the gravitational acceleration direction is equal to or less than a determination threshold stored in a determination threshold table. The portable terminal 1 outputs to inform predicted incidence of a fall to a user if the acceleration in the gravitational acceleration direction is equal to or less than the determination threshold.
