A pharmaceutical composition in the form of a solution comprising water insoluble therapeutically active ingredient and a close structural analog of the water insoluble active ingredient, one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and one or more water miscible solvents wherein the water insoluble active ingredient is present in therapeutically effective amounts and the close structural analog is present in sufficient amounts such that when the composition is added to an aqueous vehicle it forms a nanodispersion suitable for intravenous infusion wherein said nanodispersion is stable for longer periods as compared to a dispersion formed from an identical composition but devoid of the close structural analog of the water insoluble active ingredient.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique sous forme dune solution comprenant les éléments suivants : un principe thérapeutiquement actif insoluble dans leau un analogue structurel proche dudit principe actif insoluble dans leau un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables et un ou plusieurs solvants hydromiscibles. Le principe actif insoluble dans leau est présent en quantités thérapeutiquement efficaces, et lanalogue structurel proche est présent en quantités suffisantes, de sorte que lorsque la composition est ajoutée à un vecteur aqueux, elle forme une nanodispersion adaptée à une perfusion intraveineuse. Ladite nanodispersion est stable durant de plus longues périodes quune dispersion formée à partir dune composition identique mais dépourvue de lanalogue structurel proche du principe actif insoluble dans leau.
