Provided is a method for evaluating bleeding using a surgical video performed by a computer. The method comprises steps of: obtaining the surgical video； recognizing whether a bleeding region exists in the surgical video based on deep learning-based learning； and determining a location of the bleeding region from the surgical video based on the recognition result.
