PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning and compositing of an image acquired by the division in a depth direction in an OCT apparatus, and achieve both high vertical resolution and high horizontal resolution.SOLUTION: An OCT apparatus includes: generation means for generating tomographic data on an object to be examined using a multiplexed light obtained by multiplexing a return light from the object to be examined which is irradiated with a measurement light and a reference light corresponding to the measurement light； scanning means for scanning the object to be examined with the measurement light along a scan line； and focusing means for focusing the measurement light on a plurality of focus positions of different depths in the object to be examined. The OCT apparatus further includes control means for controlling the scanning means so as to cause the measurement light to scan the object along the same scan line a plurality of times, and controlling the focusing means so as to change the focus position of the measurement light in synchronization with the start of each of the plurality of times of scanning. The generation means executes positioning of a plurality of pieces of tomographic data with different focus positions using positioning information after acquiring the positioning information on the tomographic data obtained at the same focus position in the plurality of times of scanning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ＯＣＴ装置において、深さ方向にて分割して得た画像の位置合わせと合成とを容易とし、高い縦分解能と高い横分解能とを両立する。【解決手段】 測定光を照射した被検査物からの戻り光と、該測定光に対応する参照光とを合波した合波光を用いて、被検査物の断層データを生成する生成手段と、測定光を被検査物上の走査線に沿って走査する走査手段と、被検査物における深さの異なる複数の合焦位置に測定光を合焦させる合焦手段と、を備えるＯＣＴ装置において、同一走査線を測定光で複数回走査させるように走査手段を制御し、複数回の走査の各々の開始に同期して測定光の合焦位置を変化させるように合焦手段を制御する制御手段を更に配し、生成手段は、複数回の走査において、同一の合焦位置にて取得した断層データ同士の位置合わせ情報を取得した後、位置合わせ情報を用いて、合焦位置の異なる複数の断層データの位置合わせを行うこととする。【選択図】 図４
