PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning and compositing of images acquired by dividing an image in a depth direction, and achieve both high vertical resolution and high lateral resolution, in an OCT device.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic imaging device includes: generation means for generating tomographic data on an object to be examined using a composite light obtained by compositing a return light from the object to be examined on which a measuring light is irradiated and a reference light corresponding to the measuring light; scanning means for scanning the measuring light on the object to be examined; focusing means for focusing the measuring light to a plurality of focus positions with different depths in the object to be examined; and control means for controlling the scanning means and the focusing means so that focusing of the measuring light to each of the plurality of focus positions is executed a plurality of times when scanning the measuring light on a scan line on the object to be examined once, and a plurality of pieces of tomographic data corresponding to each of the plurality of focus positions can be acquired by the generation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】OCT装置において、深さ方向にて分割して得た画像の位置合わせと合成とを容易とし、高い縦分解能と高い横分解能とを両立する。【解決手段】測定光を照射した被検査物からの戻り光と、該測定光に対応する参照光とを合波した合波光を用いて、被検査物の断層データを生成する生成手段と、測定光を被検査物上で走査する走査手段と、被検査物における深さの異なる複数の合焦位置に測定光を合焦させる合焦手段と、測定光を被検査物上の走査線上で一走査する際に、複数の合焦位置の各々への測定光の合焦を複数回実行し、生成手段が複数の合焦位置の各々に対応する複数の断層データを得られるように、走査手段及び合焦手段を制御する制御手段と、を配する。【選択図】図4
