The invention provides a method of quantitative analysis nuclear medicine brain imaging. The method comprises retrieving a target image, wherein the target image is a brain image as a nuclear medicine image produced from a radiopharmaceutical, then matching the position of a space axis and the size of a voxel of the target image to a standard template by an affine transformation, wherein the standard template comprises a relative position of striatum.
