A deep magnetic field generating module includes a first coil unit, a second coil unit, and a permeability material. The second coil unit is connected to the first coil unit and disposed around the first coil unit horizontally. The permeability material has relative permeability larger than 100, and covers at least one of the first coil unit and the second coil unit. An electromagnetic thermotherapy apparatus is also disclosed in the invention.
