PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce invasion in a patient by allowing an implant material drawn from through-holes which are opened in the higher front surface of a tibia bone to be set without fixing by a stapler on the front surface of the tibia bone.SOLUTION: An anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction implant material 1 includes: one string of first artificial ligament 5 to be disposed from one through-hole 8 formed in the tibia bone E to the other through-hole 8 by passing on the front surface of the tibia bond E two strings of biotissue ligaments 4 which are connected to the both ends of the first artificial ligament 5 and disposed from the through-holes 8 of the tibia bone E into the through-holes 7 of a femur A by passing through a knee joint space D two strings of second artificial ligaments 3 which are respectively connected to the two strings of biotissue ligaments 4 and arranged inside the through-holes 7 of the femur A and fittings 6 attached to the ends of the second artificial ligaments 3 thereby to be hooked to openings in the front surface of the femur A.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】脛骨の高位前面に開口する貫通孔から引き出した移植材を、脛骨の前面にステープラによって固定せずに済ませることにより、患者の侵襲を低減する。【解決手段】脛骨Eに形成された一方の貫通孔8内から脛骨E前面を通って他方の貫通孔8内にわたるように配置される1束の第1の人工靱帯5と、該第1の人工靱帯5の両端に接続され、脛骨Eの貫通孔8内から膝関節空間D内を通過して大腿骨Aの貫通孔7内にわたるように配置される2束の生体組織靱帯4と、該2束の生体組織靱帯4のそれぞれに接続され、大腿骨Aの貫通孔7内に配置される2束の第2の人工靱帯3と、該第2の人工靱帯3の端部に取り付けられ、大腿骨A表面の開口に引っかけられる留め金6とを備える前十字靱帯再建用移植材1を提供する。【選択図】図2
