PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a CR (Cruciate Retaining)-type artificial knee joint implant to a subject having difficulty in the posterior cruciate ligament, in a total knee replacement.SOLUTION: A femoral component 10 fixed to a distal part 1a of a femur 1 and a tibial component 40 fixed to a proximal part 2 of a tibial bone 2 are connected with a string-like connection member that allows angular displacement between the femoral component 10 and the tibial component 40. The connection member S exerts a function similar to the posterior cruciate ligament, so that the CR-type artificial knee joint is applied to a subject having difficulty in the posterior cruciate ligament due to damage, thereby achieving a natural knee flexion movement.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 人工膝関節置換術において、後十字靭帯が使用できない被施術者に、CRタイプの人工膝関節インプラントを適用可能にする。【解決手段】 大腿骨1の遠位部1aに固定した大腿骨コンポーネント10と、脛骨2の近位部2aに固定した脛骨コンポーネント40とを、大腿骨コンポーネント10と脛骨コンポーネント40との間の角変位を許容する紐状の連結部材Sで連結する。連結部材Sは、後十字靭帯に類似する機能を発揮するから、後十字靭帯を損傷して使用できない被施術者に、CRタイプの人工膝関節を適用して、自然な膝の屈曲動作を実現する。【選択図】 図1
