The present invention relates to an apparatus for stimulating a prostate by far infrared rays, capable of stimulating a prostate by jetting water to the perineal region of a user having a prostatic disease, and in particular, irradiating far infrared rays on a large area on the hip of the user, and simultaneously irradiating far infrared rays on a small area of the perineal region of the user, to treat and prevent anal diseases and genital diseases, to warm cells in the perineal region, and to improve blood circulation, thereby treating and preventing prostatic diseases. The apparatus for stimulating a prostate by far infrared rays comprises a clean water storage tank storing clean water supplied from a water supply pipe； and a nozzle unit which is connected to a connection pipe for discharging the clean water supplied from the clean water storage tank and jets the clean water through a nozzle hole. The nozzle unit comprises a first nozzle unit which receives the clean water supplied through the connection pipe and irradiates far infrared rays on the hip of the user； and a second nozzle unit which jets the clean water supplied from the first nozzle unit through the nozzle hole and irradiates far infrared rays on the perineal region of the user.
