The present invention relates to a therapeutic device for pelvic dysfunction, which is effective in treating pelvic dysfunction by stimulating the perineal region using high-frequency waves, ultrasonic waves, far-infrared rays, etc. The therapeutic device in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a seat unit which has a heating means to heat the upper surface thereof and a vibration means to apply vibration, and has a slope portion whose one side is curved； a high-frequency wave generation unit which is placed on the slope portion side of the seat unit and generates heat having the predetermined temperature in a deep part of the perineal region by emitting high-frequency waves and ultrasonic waves to the perineal region of a user who sits on the seat unit； and far-infrared generation units which are placed in a line on each side of both directions of the high frequency wave generation unit and emit far-infrared rays toward the perineal region of the user who sits on the seat unit.
