PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information transmitter which includes a housing part and can store information upon using a substance housed in the housing part.SOLUTION: The portable information transmitter includes a real time clock, a question sentence 18, answer buttons 19A-19C to be pushed down for inputting the answer to the question sentence 18, a storage means to store answer information, and a transmission means to transmit the answer information stored in the storage means, by radio communication wave. The portable information transmitter further includes a housing part 30 and a detection part 24 to detect that a supplement 15 is taken out from the housing part 30. The storage means further stores the taken-out information and the transmission means further transmits the answer information and the taken-out information by radio communication wave.
