The present invention provides an apparatus and system for enabling and monitoring drug solution injection into an object. The present invention includes a housing for a pre-filled syringe, wherein the housing embedded means for generating and transmitting signals as part of the syringe cooperate to deliver fluid. The signal may be transmitted from the transmitter to the housing as radio waves to a receiver that may conveniently be located in a spaced apart device such as a mobile phone. The mobile phone or other receiving device incorporates computer software for receiving and storing signals from the transmitter as a record of the injection process. The computer software may include information about the drug, the infusion process, and other information related to the therapeutic cure method.
