A cylindrical casing(30) is installed in the main body(20) of the apparatus. A rotary shaft(31) penetrates through the cylindrical casing. A rice-chaff supplying screw is installed at the external side of the rotary shaft and pressurizes rice-chaff and supplies the pre-determined amount of the rice-chaff.
