The present invention relates to a hangover relieving beverage comprising Hovenia dulcis thunb fruits and Taraxacum coreanum as main ingredients, and a method for preparing the same in which a mixture of 80% Hovenia dulcis thunb fruits (domestic produce) and 20% Taraxacum coreanum (domestic produce) is steamed to produce an extract and the extract is filtered. Prior art techniques make use of a beverage preparation method in which Hovenia dulcis thunb fruits steeped in water is boiled to obtain an extract thereof, but such a method has a disadvantage in that the taste of the tree bark is also extracted. Therefore, steam extraction is performed in a manner depicted in the below figure.
