The invention relates to extracts of fermented beans with antioxidative activities. Beans were soaked in water and sterilized under high temperature and high pressure. When the beans were cooled, Bacillus subtilis and sugar were added into the beans to ferment. Finally, the fermented beans were extracted, which have antioxidative activities.
